I am passionate about telling stories. From social issues to news to the environment, I meet the people who are integral to a story and enable them to tell their own narratives through my photography and video experience. My images have appeared in The Texas Observer, Texas Monthly, Bloomberg Businessweek, The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, the Associated Press, Getty and others.
I was born and raised in Texas and graduated from the University of Missouri Journalism school in 2012. I studied internationally at the Danish School of Media and Journalism in 2013 earning a Bachelor's Diploma from their program. In 2017-2018 I was awarded a Fulbright Research Grant to document urban migration in India where I worked for a year.
I am currently based in Mumbai, India and available for assignments while traveling.
