• Palestinian Red Crescent: Supporting affected families, especially children and teenagers, during the Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006

Work Achievements
HakayatJudoodna Oral History Project (2010 – 2013): Collected oral histories of agrarian life in Mandate Palestine by interviewing elderly men and women refugees forcibly displaced in 1948. Documented Palestinian wedding and food traditions in refugee camps all over Lebanon.
Collected materials were used to create an open access public resource for the Center for Palestine Studies at Columbia University. The project was featured in the first episode (7 min) of Zimam Al Mubadara by Al Jazeera Satellite Channel.
Child Protection Policy Development (2011-2012): Co-developed a comprehensive Child Protection Guide for scouts’ associations. Using guide delivered training to several hundred scouts on best methods for implementing the prescribed guidelines.
