AKEEM SALAU OLALEKAN, am an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State. He is a trained Accountant with a Higher National Diploma (HND an Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic [LASPOTECH] . I love passion for photography became visible after my Secondary School education at Bammy Comprehensive High School located at Agbado Oke Aro Ogun State; I later went to Yemsak School of Photography for my new found passion in order to train as a professional Photographer. I was able to commercialize this passion which helped me to finance some expenses during my secondary and Tertiary education. I cut his teeth professionally in Photography when I had my Industrial training at Majestic Colour Nigeria Limited, Media Consultant to Access Bank Plc and FCMB; The Quadrant Company; CMC Connect, and other PR Agencies where I served as a Photo Journalist. I also had some Accounting experience in the Accounts department but I fully followed my passion for Photography when I joined Society Post Magazine located at Abeokuta, Ogun State. Today, am the youngest Photo Journalist in Vanguard Media Limited, Publishers of Vanguard Newspapers. I was nominated as Sports Photo Journalist of the year 2015 at the 4th Edition of Nigerian Sports Awards held in Lagos last year November at Muson Centre Onikan, Lagos. Winner of Photojournalist of the year 2016 of 10th Edition of Nigeria Media Nite Out Awards scheduled for September 25th , 2016 at Time Square Event Centre Ajao Estate, Ikeja
