The Cadets2 corps song

The Cadets2, founded in 2012, is an Open Class drum corps in the Drum Corps Associates (DCA) division.

Each summer, the high-school and college-age members of the corps travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for weekend rehearsals and competitions; taking over a local high school or middle school, painting football lines onto open fields, sleeping on gym floors, and spending hours rehearsing in grueling heat to perfect an 11-minute routine in hopes of becoming the next Drum Corps Associates Champion.

While historically DCA corps were known as “all age corps,” allowing members who have reached the age limit for Drum Corps International “junior corps” to continue their marching career, Cadets2 is the only corps in DCA with an age limit, establishing their mission as a youth organization.
