Alicia is a freelance photographer based out of Waterloo Region. Combining her love of photography and sports allows her a rewarding experience and a deep joy in her photographic career. By taking time to get to know her subjects, Alicia is able to capture their emotions and personality while peering into their soul through the lens.
Alicia’s love for the camera developed when as a young girl she used her dad’s Minolta film camera when she took a photography class in high school.
Her high school photography teacher made a huge impact on her life, and her encouragement propelled her to a career in photography.
She studied Creative Photography at Humber College; holds a Certificate in Digital Imaging from Conestoga College, a Diploma from Loyalist College in Photojournalism, and is a Sports Shooters Academy alumni.
