Allison Otto is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, video journalist, photographer and interactive media artist from Colorado.
Her work has screened and exhibited at film festivals, museums and conferences around the world. In 2013 she released her first film, “KEEPER OF THE MOUNTAINS,” which was awarded a Telluride Mountainfilm Commitment Grant, won 15 awards, screened at over 30 film festivals around the world, and was named one of the "Best Adventure Films of 2013” by Outside magazine.
Her work as a video journalist has taken her around the world. She has filmed, edited, and produced multi-platform content for the Travel Channel, BBC America, Lonely Planet, Outside Television, and USA Today.
Allison has also spent more than six years directing, shooting, producing and editing compelling, personalized brand content for non-profits and small businesses.
Allison graduated from Stanford with her BA in Communications and her MA in Sociology.
She is available for filming, producing, and editing video and multiplatform content.
