Amit Elkayam

Amit Elkayam is an Israeli photographer based in New York City.
He began while photographing for different commercial companies
and TV show sets.
In 2014 he joined the Israeli Defense Forces as a photojournalist at
the Spokesman Unit, while acting as one of the official photographers
of the Chief of General Staff Gadi Eizenkot.
He graduated from the International Center of Photography's
Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism Program with a
George Moss Scholarship.
His work appeared on The New York Times, The New Yorker, VICE, Huck Magazine, Office Magazine and different Israeli publications.
He recently interned at Magnum Photos, and attended the
Eddie Adams Workshop XXXI.
