Amy Luke is a photographer and writer currently based in Albany and New York City, who examines both art forms as ways of intimate exchange between our innermost selves and the world, and as catalysts and tools for understanding social, ethical, and environmental issues.

She holds a BA in philosophy from Providence College, and studied journalism, and international environment and development studies, at American University.
