Arthur Gauthier is a franco-canadian photojournalist based in Montreal, Canada. In 2014, he graduated from EMI-CFD (Paris) photojournalism program after studying journalism, communication and sociology. He currently freelances for newspapers and magazines with a special interest for Middle East.
His personal work focuses on migration experiences and how individuals shape their identity in this particular context. His images have been published in various newspapers and magazines such as Le Monde, The Globe and Mail, Vice, Libération, Buzzfeed News, Le Parisien Magazine, La Croix, Pèlerin and La Presse among others.
He is a member of the french agency Hans Lucas since 2015.
