This body of work is a personal allegory of an ancient (12 century) Tamil Literary canon – Periya Puranam by Sekkizhaar. It is a poetic narrative on the lives of sixty-three Tamil Saiva saints, known as Nayanmars. The imagery reveals, a moment from the lives of these saints and the instances from the devotee’s (saints) life that led to their union with Shiva.
