Bing Guan is a American photographer, journalist, and artist who lives and works in New York. He is currently an adjunct professor of photography at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
Bing is a regular contributor to Bloomberg, Reuters, and The New York Times, and has also worked on assignment for outlets including TIME, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and WIRED.
His images have been recognized by American Photography, the Parsons School of Design, and others. He is the recipient of residency fellowships from the Ucross Foundation and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.
He speaks Mandarin Chinese, and is HEFAT and FAA Part 107-certified as a drone pilot. He holds a US passport, as well as NYC and UN HQ press credentials. Available for editorial and commercial assignments, anytime, anywhere.
