Bob Cooper, winner of eight national magazine awards, is a freelance writer for America’s largest-circulation magazine (AARP: The Magazine) and newspaper (The Wall Street Journal) and many other major publications and websites. He also writes content for corporations, including United Airlines and Lindblad Expeditions, and he’s a freelance copy editor for authors and other clients. The San Francisco-area travel, outdoor-sports and general-interest writer has been published in National Geographic Traveler, Hemispheres, American Way, Family Circle, Wired, Ladies’ Home Journal, Runner’s World, Inc.
