From Calgary, AB, Canada, I am a self taught photographer with international experience in both developed and developing nations. My photography was initially influenced from trips to wild places and different travel experiences; however, I would like to expand my portfolio into new areas including humanitarian aid, conflict, and environmental issues. After gaining more experience I hope to further my education and pursue a graduate degree in journalism where I can continue to channel my curiosity for the world into engaging stories that encourage public discourse on important subjects.
