am a documentary photographer, and filmmaker, specializing in multimedia visual storytelling and humanitarian journalism across East Africa.
Over the last decade, my work has focused on documenting human dignity, social change, and regional developments across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, and South Sudan. I am a regular editorial contributor to Agence France-Presse (AFP) and Getty Images, and work as a photography and video consultant for Arete Stories. In this role, I collaborate with global humanitarian organizations, such as the World Food Programme (WFP), to bring impactful regional stories to light through both stills and motion.
My work and imagery have been featured globally in international publications including The RFI, CNN, The Washington Post, and The Guardian.
Driven by community development, I am also the Co-Founder and Media Lead at Soulevement Kenya, a youth-led organization dedicated to youth empowerment and mental wellness in Western Kenya.
