Cédric Calandraud is a freelance photographer, drone operator and videographer based in France.
He first graduated with a master of sociology from the School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris and with a master in documentary cinema from the university Paris 7 in 2014.
With his series "FRANCE 98", he has won the Grand Jury Prize at the Boutographies in Monptellier in 2018 and the Exchange Prize at Fotoleggendo Festival in Rome in 2018.
His work has been shown in Paris, Rome, Los Angeles, Arles, Toulouse, Montpellier, Sofia and Regio Emilia.
He also works on several documentary films projects, which are in production and have received funding from the CNC (National Committee of Cinema).
Recently, he collaborated with the french radio channel ARTE RADIO on an audio documentary about local french languages which are going extinct.
