Currently based in New York City, she has filed reports from four continents on subjects ranging from the plight of endangered bears in Borneo to the water crisis in Flint, Michigan. Her work can be found on sites including the BBC, USA Today, Yahoo, and Fox News.
Colleen specializes in creating multi-platform digital content. Recently, she’s followed the 2016 presidential campaign trail through social media video for NowThis, hosting lifestreams from candidate events and even once interviewing a presidential candidate on Snapchat!
An avid traveler, Colleen loves sharing her adventures through immersive multimedia pieces, and she has worked with award-winning nonprofit Project Explorer to bring the world into classrooms through educational video.
Colleen started her career at television station NY1, reporting on major stories including Hurricane Sandy and the 2013 mayoral election.
