My name is David Barnes and I'm freelance photojournalist based out of Atlanta, Georgia. I specialize in features, news, sports and documentary photojournalism for clients such at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the Associated Press, the Washington Post, and Yahoo News.
I am a former multimedia intern at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. In the past, I have also interned at the University of Georgia's Athletic Association where I covered NCAA games, press conferences, and conduct photo shoots with athletes and coaches. I have taken on both staff and managerial positions at the University of Georgia's student newspaper, The Red & Black, as a photo editor and staff photographer.
