Dania Maxwell is a seasoned photographer with over 15 years of experience crafting compelling visual narratives across editorial, commercial, and documentary spaces. Her work is defined by a refined command of lighting, an intuitive approach to portraiture, and a distinct ability to translate brand identity into striking imagery.
She spent seven years as a staff photographer at the Los Angeles Times, where she honed her storytelling under deadline and developed a sharp editorial eye. Her career also includes international experience in Colombia and staff work at the Naples Daily News in Florida, bringing a global and culturally attuned perspective to her work.
Dania holds a Master’s degree in Visual Communication from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College. She partners with clients to create images that feel both intentional and alive—balancing authenticity with a strong visual point of view.
