Darrell creates Photography for all media, as an Editor, Producer and Researcher. He produces and sources still and video imagery for both print and web in the news, celebrity, advertising and promotion areas. He has lead teams at the Wall Street Journal, CBS, ImageDirect and Mulryan/Nash Advertising.
He has shared in the Pulitzer Prize in Journalism for Breaking News Reporting for the coverage of the tragic events on and after September 11th, 2001 in New York City, Pennsylvania and Washington, DC.
Born in Newark, N.J., and reared on Staten Island, N.Y., he studied at New York University for a degree in Cinema Studies. He has served on the board as Co-President of the American Society of Picture Professionals and on the Local Area Board for Pacifica Radio Network’s WBAI in New York. In additional to his professional work, he he develops personal media projects for the web and volunteers his publicity services to community groups and non-profit organizations.
