David is a Brooklyn, NY based cinematographer, photographer and director. His credits include narrative feature films, commercials and music videos, as well as acclaimed documentaries, including Sony Classics Jodorowsky’s Dune, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated to the 2014 Oscar Shortlist for Best Documentary, and Magnolia Pictures Nothing Can Hurt Me: The Big Star Story. His most recent feature is the eagerly anticipated tour documentary on The ChainSmokers.
He also works in TV as a Director of Photography and camera operator for Discovery, VH1, The History Channel, ABC, and many others, and is an FAA licensed drone owner/operator. David also photographs food (and chefs!) for the world renowned Gotham Bar & Grill. In his downtime he plays guitar with Hans Chew.
