Christopher is a photojournalist based out of the United Arab Emirates.
Raised by Trinidadian parents between the Caribbean, Europe and Canada, where he became established as a photojournalist.
After being named photographer of the year in 2004 at Loyalist College in central Canada, completing a number of internships, covering two Olympic games, spending two years documenting the Canadian Prairies on staff at a local daily newspaper, in 2007 he relocated to Ottawa, the nations capital.
For four years he freelanced for national media, including the largest editorial clients in the country, (Toronto Star, Globe & Mail, Macleans magazine) and international agencies such as Reuters, Getty Images and Xinhua, etc).
In 2007 he was chosen for the prestigious Eddie Adams Barnstorm Workshop, receiving the Epson Performance Award, attended the Missouri Photo Workshop in 2009, and was awarded an honourable mention in the Magenta Foundation's 2012 Flash Forward.
He has been a member of the Rogue Collective since 2010 and a staff photographer at The National, an english language daily in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates since 2011.
