New York, NY, USA
I'm a passionate storyteller with a wide variety of experiences, and have written not only for newspapers, magazines, and online audiences, but also aid agencies in the U.S., East Africa and South Asia. For the past three years, I've shared the impact of development and humanitarian programs, while also investigating topics including marine life recovery in the Long Island Sound, family reunification systems in the Bidibidi refugee settlement, and Ethiopian refugees rebuilding their lives in Connecticut. I am currently a video producer at Save the Children, and looking for talented freelancers to help out with our changemaker campaign. I hold a master's degree in Politics and Policy and a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Global Studies, both from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
