I am a firm believer that empathy and vulnerability are the building blocks of a powerful story. As a documentary photographer and filmmaker, I serve my community by sharing stories that explore themes of home, identity, and transition. I aim to blend my two passions — storytelling and community development — in the work I create.
Since graduating from Ohio University's School of Visual Communication in May 2016, I aim to continue my career documenting how economics and cultural identity are deeply intertwined in small town America. When I'm not behind the camera or obsessively diving into a Premiere project file, you can find me rock climbing, hiking, cooking up a new recipe, or journaling on my front porch.
