Fabio Burrelli

Fabio Burrelli (b. 1986) is an Italian London-based documentary Photographer with a background in the design industry.
Skilled in different types of photography, he focuses his work on documentary for NGOs, Charities and Humanitarian Projects, reporting healthcare centers’ activities dedicated to the assistance of the communities in need from West African countries.
In 2015 the collaborations resulted in photography exhibitions and book publications.
This experience has given him the knowledge and valuable perspective in humanitarian emergency situations and broader understanding of the importance of sustainable community development programs, especially those concentrating on children assistance.
In the early 2016 his first solo exhibition “ Luci e Ombre ”, a black & white photo essay illustrating in portraits and landscape photographs the dual existence of Africa's beauties and its own contradictions.
In the meantime, he's been working as a freelancer photographer for fashion events, portraits, product, interiors and e-commerce.
At the moment, he is working on a long-term project focusing on mental health issues and rehabilitation in Republic of Benin, Ivory Coast, Togo and Burkina Faso.
