Being a Malaysian-born Chinese immigrant and a mother have strongly shaped who I am and these identifiers continue to inform my work as a photographer. I believe in amplifying marginalized voices and commit to learning (and unlearning) in order to help create more diverse and inclusive spaces. My current projects are centred on identity and advocacy and my hope is for my photographs to serve as catalysts for conversation towards a more equitable future.
