Bogotá, Colombia
Photographer and visual artist based in the city of Bogotá. A professional in Audiovisual Languages, I am dedicated to the creation and appreciation of images produced through photographic processes, expanding into the realms of sound and video. I have experience working as a photojournalist for various media outlets in the country. Additionally, I have been involved in photography and social practice projects with museums and institutions focused on historical memory and reparations for victims of the armed conflict in Colombia. As a teacher, I have imparted knowledge on photography and multimedia production in public schools in Medellín.
Independently, I have undertaken documentary photography and visual arts projects, earning scholarships from the cultural scene in Medellín and participating in photography festivals across Latin America. I am the founder of the photography collective "La Media Vida" and the curator of the visual arts discussion platform pugna.xyz.
