I was born in Florence and I was very much influenced by the Renaissance which dragged me from one form of art to the other, from art school to the theatre, to music to fashion (design of clothing collections for more than seven years), until I landed in advertising and photography.
I began my experience in communications in Florence, as a graphic designer. In 1997 I became partner/creative director in Intersystem (part of the group “Leader Pubblicità”). In 2000, after a short time in Colombia (at McCann) and in Turkey (at Giftajans), I moved to Milan. I organized and designed for trade and fashion shows, public events, packaging and sales promotions.
One of my strong points is the global and strategic language that I‘ve developed by having an open dialogue with clients, marketing directors and CEO’s of major companies. I’ve selected and directed many creative teams, in many cases it began from HR selections. My experience with photography gave me the ability to have a deep understanding of video and photographic productions, which I love to follow up on personally. I’ve a strong knowledge of Photoshop and proficiency in Illustrator and InDesign.
Thanks to the continuous technological developments that characterize the era of global communications, the possibilities offered by new media are endless. Everything is in constant motion, everything ultimately ends up on the web or in PEDs (Personal Entertainment Devices). For this reason I’m interested in focusing my attention on new solutions based on the synergy between creativity and technology.
