Ravi Mishra is a fixer, producer, research and location coordinator based in New Delhi, India. He was born in northern India and raised in Mumbai.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertisement & Journalism.
Over the decade Ravi has worked throughout India and holds expert knowledge on the nations diverse languages, traditions, and cultures, which has lead him to work with multiple international media organisations and non-profits.
Considering himself to be an aspiring visual activist, Ravi uses visual means to influence and communicate change. This has been highlighted on multiple occasions including three times by Instagram’s official page and blog.
His clients include: National Geographic, The New York Times, TIME, APT (American Public Television), NBC Universal, Channel 4, Vice on HBO, AL Jazeera, ProSieben Maxx, Der Spiegel, Stern, Dagens Nyheter, Expressen, Getty Images, Agence France-Presse, Associated Press, The Sydney Morning Herald, and more.
Ravi has also worked on numerous commercial projects and has produced several projects for clients such as Google, Uber, Nikon and Auto Expo.
In addition to his editorial and commercial work, Ravi works with various international NGOs such as Water Aid, Save the Children, MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières), Global Justice, and Global Witness. He has also been serving as the brand ambassador to one of India’s leading human right’s organizations, the People’s Vigilance Committee, which fights for marginalized people in several Indian states.
