I am a prize-winning photographer based in Mexico who works across Central America and Mexico. I started my career as a graphic designer and switched to journalism in an effort to understand and tell human-driven stories about the violence, poverty and the migratory forces that surrounded me. My work has been published in El Faro, The New York Times, Washington Post, El País, Bloomberg and Time Magazine.
