Fulvia Farassino Pedroni began his professional career in the experiences of film clubs in Milan and, by the late 1970's, she devoted full time to photography.
Specialized in fotoreportages about the cinema and the star system, she followed film festival and the shooting of many important film where devoting herself especially to portraits of actors and directors; later she photographed also writers, artists, art directors, entrepreneurs and artisans of rare artifacts, preferably in their working environment.
She had published on Max, Ciak, L'Espresso, l'Europeo, Time, Vanity Fair, La Repubblica, Il Corriere della sera, La Gazzetta dello sport, Insieme, Capital, and other Italian and foreign journals.
Among its fotoreportages: The Iraq after the first Gulf war, the Foreign Legion, immigrant communities in Italy
Side by side to editorial work, she create a narrative and personal research inside the world of movies and entertainment which has its climax in photo exhibition "Traits and Portraits". A more intimate artistic research takes form in the other exhibition accompanied with a video called "Dream in 42 frame".
