After graduating in 2003, Gaia started working for the italian photo agency Grazia Neri, in charge of the photographers’ editorial production, assignments and selection of new photographers. In 2007, she became photoeditor for the italian magazine Amica and moved to Paris to work for the International Herald Tribune in 2011, which became the International New York Times in 2013.
