Giuseppe Fanizza
Bari, Metropolitan City of Bari, Italy
I was born in 1979 in Fasano (BR), in southern Italy.
I work with both professional photography and research on visual art and narratives.
In my personal research I deal especially with social landscape and portraiture and I design and coordinate participatory projects in which the narrative is produced in close collaboration with the narrated people or community.
I’m currently engaged in "#ioabitoincentro" (Milan) and "Argini" (Rome), two photography-based participative projects, aimed at activating the community in the narrative of landscape.
In 2017 I collaborated with VSMS Lab of Cyprus University of Technology and exhibited “Borderland” in the public space in Bad Radkersburg-Gornja Radgona (Austrian-Slovenian border) and at Zollamt, the local art center.
I’m founder and curator of Exposed, art-based platform on Milan transformation, and Habitat, a photography collective and webzine focused on human habitat.
As a professional photographer I'm also available in Rome and Milan areas.
