After having studied Artistic Photography at the European Academy of Operative Arts in Perugia, Italy, graduated in Photography and Film Design at the Faculty of Design, University of Applied Sciences of Bielefeld. Completed one-year-long academic exchange at the UDLA University of the Americas, Puebla, Mexico studying Anthropology and History. He has been partial docent, substitute or special guest professor in the areas of visual communication, photography and visual arts for universities in Mexico and Italy: UPAEP Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, CENART Centro Nacional de Artes - National School of Painting, Sculpture and Graving “La Esmeralda”, Free University of Bozen/Bolzano and University “L’Orientale” of Naples, Italy. Since 2007, he focuses on the Chinese migration to South Tyrol and its cultural exchange between Italy and China, following his subjects’ flux until their country of origin. Since 2008, he is alumnus of the long-term seminary “Reflexions Masterclass” under the artistic direction of the photographer Giorgia Fiorio and the art curator Gabriel Bauret. In 2011 together with Martha Jiménez Rosano he initiated Open City Museum, a participatory and community-led initiative to promote diversity, mutual understanding and the arts, who was selected as one of the 25 promising initiative for the local development i n Europe by AEIDL.
