Born in 1974 in Berlin Germany, I first studied English and Portuguese Language and Cultural Studies, then went on to pursue a career as a graphic designer and freelance photographer.
I am currently based in Berlin, Germany, and available for assignments anywhere you want to send me.
I am a founding member of PANPHOTOS.COOPERATIVE and specialize mainly in reportage, documentary and portraiture work. My work has been published in numerous newspapers and magazines including Die ZEIT, Der Spiegel, The Guardian, Courrier International, Internazionale, Jüdische Allgemeine, WOZ Die Wochenzeitung, TAZ, The Forward, Berliner Zeitung, Marx 21, Südlink, Frommer’s Travel Guides, amongst others.
I currently focus a lot on the state and development of Germany’s Jewish community and work extensively on personal long term projects.
