Hanna Adcock
London, UK
Hanna Adcock is an award-winning humanitarian and news multimedia journalist and storyteller who has been working globally for a decade. With a background in journalism and international development she has gone on to work with leading organisations on sensitive and demanding projects.
Whilst working in fragile environments, Hanna works closely with communities and NGOs to find and tell powerful stories through photography and film for news, documentary and social media. Hanna is multi-skilled and often works on projects all the way through from research and producing to shooting to editing. She is equally confident behind a film camera as she is behind a stills camera and has experience working in hostile environments and with high profile supporters.
Most recently, Hanna was the first content-gatherer working aboard Save the Children's migrant search and rescue vessel the Vos Hestia which patrols the deadly crossing between Libya and Italy where she will be returning shortly.
Hanna works extensively with international NGO’s and provides humanitarian media advocacy training. She is represented by Zuma Press and Getty.
