HONEST WORK was birthed from a personal journey of looking inward, a conscious photographic career transition and an ever-growing need to create only meaningful, authentic pictures. My camera is a powerful tool. A tool that can breed disconnection, the illusion of perfection and add gloss to a shiny world. Or, a tool that can inform, inspire and generate genuine human connection through meaningful storytelling.
The side I choose to contribute to is ultimately up to me, as the photographer.
I am at my truest when collaborating with like-minded individuals, brands and communities that integrate human kindness, global responsibility philosophies and conscious community influence into their ethos in an inclusive, inspiring and empowering manner. With a background in documentary and lifestyle photography, I am true to my creative self when I “tell it like it is” - the basis of honest storytelling. The deliverables are honest pictures, but the journey we take, from concept to implementation, is personal, collaborative and always playful.
Together, we can create honest work, that reminds us what we are connected to, encourages eco-consciousness and fosters genuine human connection.
