Ben Huff is an artist and editorial photographer, based in Juneau Alaska. He's interested in our built environment, resource exploitation, wild landscapes and unique stories in unique places.
Ben's first monograph, The Last Road North, which was a long term project based around the Dalton Highway in Northern Alaska, was published by Kehrer Verlag in 2014. He is currently working on a follow up, of sorts, on the former military outpost on the island of Adak in the Aleutian Chain.
His work has appeared in The New York Times, PDN (including the 2015 PhotoAnnual), Russian Esquire, Modern Farmer, Bloomberg Businessweek, Monocle, Runner's World. Budget Travel, MADE, French Standard, and Contact Sheet. As well as online with CBS News, NPR, Time Lightbox, and The New Yorker.
