Isaac's photographs, videos and stories have been published in hundreds of print and online magazines and newspapers around the world, from Cosmopolitan and National Geographic Traveler, ESPN and The Wall Street Journal. He serves as US Science and Environment Correspondent for El Mundo, Spain’s second largest newspaper. Isaac loves research and production as much as working in the field. His experience in film (as director of photography, producer, editor and director), theater, design and conceptual art round up his artistic vision. His book Difference Makers: Leaders in the Arts, Social Justice and Sustainability collects a series of his portraits, including Antonio Banderas, Gore Vidal, Isabel Allende, Sylvia Earle and Michael Pollan.
He’s also passionate about education, teaching photography and art at public schools. Isaac has written four plays in collaboration with kids, directing three of them.
