A toddler from an Afghan refugee family in Rigonce, Slovenia.
The boy just broke out from the group of about a thousand of refugees who were standing by under the military control and started roaming around on his own. A soldier, instead of bringing him back to the group, cut some slack for the boy and just escorted him around until he wanted to return to his family. Nov. 2015.
