James Rajotte
Madrid, Spain
I am a native of Pennsylvania, but I have been living and working as a photographer in Spain since 2011. Before that, I was a Visiting Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology.
I specialize in portrait-based stories and campaigns, but I also shoot a lot of reportage-style imagery, automobiles and short films.
My personal work normally stems from things that are a part of my life in one way or another, and represent a curiosity that I have about people. It is this curiosity that makes me want to keep being a photographer. I also love to travel.
I am fluent in English and Spanish.
In 2016 I was selected as a winner of American Photography 32 and in the PDN Taste Food photography competition.
