Jc Milhet is a photojournalist in the south of France (french press card : #134 587).
Freelance photographer, in Perpignan, since 2010, freelance for AFP and teacher in the Bachelor's degree in photojournalism at the University of Perpignan as well as in the training #Transmission, Jc likes to alternate photo reports for the daily press or magazine (Pyrenees Mag', Géo, Le Parisien, La Croix, Le Monde...) and teaching as during his residency at the International Center of Photojournalism (Perpignan), in 2017 and 2024 or MediaTarn (Castres) in 2021 and 2022 and Beau Bruit (Prades) in 2025.
His favorite fields? He is fond of photojournalism of crafts and heritage where he testifies to know-how and cultural traditions, but without forgetting news photography, societal or environmental photography which tends to show the evolution of our society and the impact of Man on it.
Responding to corporate (Diam bouchage, SNCF...) and institutional (ADT66, PNR, Canigó Grand Site...) orders, he also practices landscape and "tourist" illustration...
In 2021, Jc is part of the winners of the Sergeant Sebastien Vermeille prize, rewarding the best military photographs of the year.
