I'm an award winning Multimedia journalist and documentary film-maker.
Specialising in Documentary film-making and video production. I have worked in the media industry for past 12 years. My work spans television broadcast channels, newspaper, podcasts, and documentaries.
I have won three prestigious awards for my documentary series with Vice World News, including the renowned Peabody Award, which is akin to the Pulitzer Prize in broadcasting. The work was also recognised with the GLAAD Media Award and the Online News Association Award.
I worked as a print media journalist with India’s second largest daily ‘Hindustan Times’.
At Hindustan Times, I was in-charge of covering citizen journalism, citizen campaigns and for covering the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
I also played a key role in launching India’s first news bulletin for children , ‘The Weekly Wrap,’ on Zee Q in 2013.
