Jenny E. Ross is an award-winning freelance photographer and writer specializing in wildlife natural history and conservation, environmental issues, ecosystems, Earth systems, scientific research, and related cultural and policy topics. She travels extensively throughout the world, striving to create unusual photographs that capture the essence of wild animals and wild places, inspire concern and action for wildlife conservation and ecosystem protection, explain scientific research to non-scientists, and elicit a renewed appreciation of the natural world.
