Jennifer Rose pinched her Dad's Nikon F2 in 1985 and soon enrolled in New York University's BFA program for photography. There, she studied the masters that influenced her own work over many years, most notably Robert Frank, Henri Cartier-Bresson, William Eggleston, Joel Sternfeld, Joel Meyerowitz, and Edward Hopper.
After a brief career as a freelance photographer, Jennifer chose a different path (several actually) that allowed her to marry her nomadic soul with a steady paycheck. She unpacked her bags in Los Angeles, New Orleans, Boston, New York, Uganda, Indonesia, France, Washington, DC, and recently returned home to New York City.
