John studied Advertising and Editorial photography at The Kent Institute of Art & Design (KIAD) and worked as a staff News Photo Editor at The Daily Telegraph newspaper (London, UK) for seven years. He worked in Los Angeles as a photojournalist for foreign publications and a news photo editor. His work has appeared in The Daily Telegraph, The Independent, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Le Monde and other international publications and he has been a contributing photographer to French news photo agency Sipa Press.
