Judy is a freelancer in the Twin Cities with an extensive background in photojournalism. She was a staff photographer at the Hartford Courant, the San Jose Mercury News and the Minneapolis Star Tribune. She has added video and video editing to her list of skills. freelance clients have included Minnesota Public Radio, Time magazine, The New York Times, USA Today, Chronicle of Higher Education and others. She is also working with the University of Minnesota Bee Lab,doing photos and videos of honeybees and other pollinators.

Corpse Flower

A visitor takes a sniff of a Corpse Flower which only blooms once every few years for a short time and smells nasty, like a corpse, but attracts hundreds of curious visitors during it's rare and brief blooming.
