Julian Abram Wainwright

Julian is a World Press Photo-winning photographer based in Manila, Philippines. A native of Montreal, Canada, he was been working in Southeast Asia since 2002, much of that time as a staff photographer with epa (European Pressphoto Agency).
His images have been featured in the Communication Arts Photography Annual (2009) and he was the subject of a Black and White Photography Magazine cover story (2010). In 2009 he won awards at World Press Photo, Sony World Photography Awards, Prix de la Photographie, Paris (Px3) and International Photography Awards, for images shot at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.
Julian’s editorial clients include TIME Magazine, The New York Times, FORBES Magazine, Bloomberg, The Associated Press, Stern, Der Speigel, The Telegraph, US News & World Report, The Guardian, l’Espresso and others.
