Aloha, my name is Kent. I’m a freelance photojournalist based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
I am an alumni of The Los Angeles Times, The Denver Post, Tampa Bay Times, and the Colorado Springs Gazette.
I was born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised by the two most amazing, loving people I know. I am a lover of good food, great company, vivid colors, and amazing light.
My work has been recognized by the Colorado Press Association, Colorado Associated Press Editors and Reporters, College Photographer of the Year, the University of Hawaii, and the Eddie Adams Workshop.
I have had work commissioned and/or published by The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, and The Washington Post to name a few.
