I have worked for the past ten years as a photography editor/critic, and a writer.
Collaborations include international magazines such as L'Oeil de la Photographie (FR/US), Blink (US), Vice (FR/US), Vogue (US), MSNBC (US), Newsweek (US), NEON (FR), Io Donna (IT), Le Devoir (CA) and various book projects and publishing houses world wide (Actes Sud, RecCollective). After resettling to Istanbul (2009) I focused on curating/editing photography from and about the Middle East and the Mediterranean for French and Turkish institutions (Le Bleu du Ciel, PhotoMed, Christies).
In 2012, I moved to New York to pursue writing projects all around the world while curating photo exhibitions and (PhotoVille, NYU, Galerie Les Douches) and coordinating the development of MagnumTime, the oral history project of the Magnum Foundation (until 2015).
