I'm available for freelance editing projects (video, photography or text) and for occasional video or photography shooting assignments - feel free to get in touch!
I work at Yale University School of Medicine as a video producer, where I conceptualize, film and edit short documentaries on cutting-edge medical treatments and health research.
In recent years, I was based in Amman, Jordan, where I worked independently with editorial and nonprofit clients to tell stories about forced migration, women's issues, health, and the environment. My work has been commissioned and featured by UNICEF, UNOPS, the Associated Press, CNN International, WIRED, Mashable, Broadly/VICE, USAID, the International Monetary Fund, the European Union, Sesame Workshop, FIFA, NRC Handelsblad, and more.
A wayward Cajun originally from Louisiana, I previously lived in Washington, DC, where I worked as a photo editor with AARP. I’m also currently pursuing a MA in Visual Anthropology, Media and Documentary Practices from the University of Münster and received my BFA in Photojournalism from the Rochester Institute of Technology (2012).

Little Wars

The Jordanian team rests in the shade of a sandstone cliff before the "urban assault" event at the Warrior Competition on April 21, 2015. In this event, soldiers must rush over a dirt verge, storm a building in a mock city, rescue a hostage and fire at targets in the distance.
